Refund

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact your Sales Associate within 3 calendar days to request a refund. Refunds will be given back to you in the same form as your original payment. SPECIAL ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR CANCELED. You may also be issued a store credit in lieu of a refund at management discretion. Any questions about this policy should be directed to your Sales Associate.

Sleep Trial

You will be allowed a 30 night in home sleep trial of your new mattress with the purchase of the Guardsmen Mattress cover. If after 30 nights your mattress does not suit your comfort, please contact your Sales Associate to arrange an exchange. Please remember that your body must adjust to your new mattress and this may take up to 3 weeks. NO refunds, EXCHANGE ONLY.

Free Delivery

We do offer free delivery, removal of old furniture, and set-up. Set-up is not available on all items, including bunk-beds. Please be sure to ask you Sales Associate to verify if your purchase qualifies for free set-up. You may also pick-up your purchase if you wish. However, we can not be held responsible for any damages incurred during your transport of the merchandise.

Financing

Financing is available during promotional periods. 0% financing is subject to credit approval, and some restrictions may apply. The loan terms may vary dependent upon the promotion. Qualified buyers that choose to finance may not be eligible for discount or other special pricing.
